Project Brief
Building a Digital Land Record and Planning System
GSPEA developed a comprehensive Land Information System (LIS) for DHA Bahawalpur, designed to bring together land records, spatial data, and planning tools into a single, structured GIS environment.
The project combined high-resolution satellite imagery with detailed field surveys to establish an accurate spatial baseline of the development area, capturing land parcels, boundaries, and existing infrastructure with precision.
This spatial foundation was then structured into a land information system capable of supporting record management, master planning, and infrastructure development — giving DHA Bahawalpur a reliable basis for spatial decision-making.
